Caspian Energy Corporation in collaboration with leading engineering companies that design and supply process plants and equipments for the oil and gas industry, ranging from oil and gas field production facilities to the treatment and refining. We also provide advanced process control systems to ensure smooth plant operations even under critical conditions and, consistent product quality. The services may start from basic design to the detailed engineering and procurement services, from manufacturing of the single process equipment to the complete production of skid-mounted units or modules. Provision of supervision and assistance during construction and start-up phases are another key factor the company can provide.

Our Equipment list is described below:

Fuel Gas Production Packages: The main function is to purify from dissolved water, dissolved hydrocarbon, to remove suspended particles and to obtain a clean gas for different use. Mainly, the cleaned gas is used in gas heaters or in other burners. The lay out of this type of systems can be different, specially considering redundancy requirements from users. Generally, the system consists of pressure regulators, gas scrubbers with vain, cartridges, demisters, some heaters and, if required, the metering part also. The cost of the system can be recovered shortly.

Valve Skid: During construction of treatment stations, having the main valves on a dedicated base support and concentrated in the same area guarantees an easy control, access and operations. The general lay out is with longitudinal direction.

Valve Skid L-Configuration: The “L” configuration is recommended when the valves are “Gas-Over-Oil” type and when the dimensions are wide. In this situation, the ”L” configuration of the package allows easy access to all parts of the actuators and then easy maintenance. This type of package is recommended on the inlet and on the incoming and on the outgoing pipelines from gas stations.

Filter Separator Skid: Design conducted in house allows to have equipment working in parallel with all process parts. The result is an equipment designed from the beginning taking into consideration all process and mechanical requirements. The final performance is improved, the size is minimized and, finally, the cost is competitive.

Vertical Gas Scrubber: Vertical Gas Scrubber are usually installed in order to remove water and sand from gas. The main goal reached with this type of element is the removal of fine particles, steam, dissolved oil, etc. Design conducted in house allows to have equipment designed in parallel with all process parts. The result is an equipment designed from the beginning taking into consideration all process and mechanical requirements. The final performance is improved, the size is the minimum required and, finally, the cost is competitive.

Condensate Flash Drum: In order to have the fine filtration and liquid removal from gas, usually it is supplied a Flash drum with demister and, if necessary, coalescer element inside. Design conducted in house allows to have equipment designed in parallel with all process parts. The result is an equipment designed from the beginning taking into consideration all process and mechanical requirements. The final performance is improved, the size is the minimum required and, finally, the cost is competitive.

Utility Gas Skid: On a Gas Compressor Station or on a Pumping Station, Utility Skids, are used in order to have all utilities services on the same package. In this case easy checks and maintenance are achieved. Concentrating many utilities, control valves, instruments, etc. on the same package makes the difference on the management of a normal gas or pumping station. The possibility of an easy check, the easy access to the different equipments, allows the operators to have all parameters under control with high reduction of accidents, mistakes and various problems. Having the equipments on the same package makes maintenance very easy, can allow a cost reduction and can cut service times. Finally, the best goal achieved, is a cost saving in short time and high efficiency of the station.

Instrument Air Skid: Supply of dry air is one of the most important requirement on the ancillaries packages for gas and oil treatment station. In off-shore also, dry air, is the most important ancillary service in order to have all pneumatic devices working. We design the dry air packages using Air Products membranes achieving low cost and high quality of the package and also low maintenance need and high duration and reliability.
